When to expect? We almost always send within 2 working day’s using either a 24hr or 48hr service, if we anticipate an issue where the order will take longer than 5 working days to dispatch we will contact you right away.
Buying a gift? During checkout there is always the option to put a separate delivery address to send direct to the recipient, don’t worry the delivery slip inside the parcel does not have any prices listed. I’m afraid we cannot deliver to multiple addresses unless you create a new order for each delivery address.
Want your item to be delivered on a specific date? Simply add a note at checkout to specify your desired delivery date and we will do our best to ensure it arrives safely on that date (please note that we cannot guarantee delivery arrivals on Sundays and Mondays due to restricted courier times). Please keep in mind that we’re only a small team and during the Christmas season we’re often exceedingly busy and courier companies are often straining to fulfil deliveries on time. With that in mind, if you’d like to, please specify a desired delivery week for you order to arrive on rather than a specific day.
Are you in? Usually we send orders of a single item with royal mail, these arrive with your daily postman. All other orders are sent with Parcel Force or APC and details of delivery will be sent to you via text and email notification. Any issues during delivery please contact us asap so that we can best resolve the problem.
FAQ about packaging… Are your packing peanuts compostable? Yes. If you discover packing peanuts with your order, please rest assured that they are biodegradable and can be dissolved with water and washed down the sink with no negative affect on the environment.
