A delicious alternative to the Orange Marmalade. The sweetness of the pineapple followed by the tangy taste of pink grapefruit and oranges. Perfect braised over duck before roasting to make a sticky glaze.

50% Sugar, 35% Oranges, 15% Raw Ginger

For larger deliveries we’ll occasionally use compostable packing peanuts to protect items – these dissolve in water and are harmless to the environment.
