Serving suggestion… Our Mead Liqueur is made with whisky and is delicious on its own or served over ice, and is ideal for a relaxing night by an open log fire.
This product does contain traces of Sulphites. However, as Winemakers with over 30 years experience, we produce our wines & liqueurs without any preservatives in order to maintain the authentic regional taste of our fruits.
We do however use Sulphites to sterilise all equipment and barrels during the wine making processes, this is common practise in the winemaking industry.
Our outer packaging is 100% recyclable, all of the products included are sourced from similarly small, ethically minded companies based here in Wales. We’ve done our very best to minimise the use of plastic, however, some non-Celteg products included in these hamper boxes may include plastic in their packaging. For larger deliveries we’ll occasionally use compostable packing peanuts to protect items – these dissolve in water and are harmless to the environment.
